Just ran around the lindon hills for a while.  Compression shorts = too hot.

Really slow 3 miler pushing the stroller with the kids.  Came home and got sick (stomach flu).  Prolly not going to run wednesday.

Relatively speedy 6 miles.  About 50/50 canal and road.  I was expecting to be more tired after spending wednesday laid up with the stomach flu.  ~46 mins.  Felt really good and could have pushed harder.

Ran with my honey up the provo river trail and back down ~12.  Felt pain in my shin several hours after but that has faded away this evening.  A bit over 2 hours with some breaks for water and stretching etc.

Ran to the north orem soccer park where I did a couple miles of barefoot running and then ran home.  ~1hr

Supposed to be 13 but it got dark and we got rained on pretty hard. Mommy needed to get back to her baby too. Besides whats a mile among friends ?

Canal to PG... PG to Blockbuster... picked up a movie and ran home.  I love the rain... at first it took my breath away it was so cold, but after a while we got used to it.  A couple of people pulled over and asked if we needed a ride.  We said nah... we are doing this for fun.

59 mins... roughly 8:30 miles I guess... I felt really tired this morning... it was very hard to get going.  I am not sure I ever felt like I had warmed up during this run.
