My first run after my first marathon. The muscles were just a little bit sore. But my right foot is killing along the bottom outside edge. This is a new one for me. I am going to stretch it out for a while and see if I can get it to loosen up. It was frustrating because other than the foot I felt pretty good. I was thinking about running a 5k this weekend just to loosen up and have some fun. I am not certain that is going to be such a great idea now. I may also need to look at finding some different shoes. I like the idea of trying some five fingers, but I am worried that they won't be that great on the canal where I do a lot of my running. |
