no sleep.  Bad news though.  My wife is feeling pain in her knee and bowed out at about mile 13.  She is able to walk without much trouble but her knee was bothering her pretty bad.  I could use a good recommendation for a doctor.  From what she is describing I am voting it-band.

 I finished up the run alone and it went well for me.  I felt like I had the next 6 in me for sure.  I am likely to be sore after the marathon though.  I am not sore now.

Dang those IT bands! Can't live with em, can't live without em! I sure hope your wife and I and anyone else suffering from ITBS gets it under control before the marathon! If I find something that works for me I will surely pass it your way! Good luck to you and her!
