~50 mins fairly easy run. Took about a mile to warm up.
59 mins... roughly 8:30 miles I guess... I felt really tired this morning... it was very hard to get going. I am not sure I ever felt like I had warmed up during this run.
6 miles at my regular pace. ~52 minutes or so. Someday I am going to have to break out of this rut of not being able to go faster.
Its too hot to run after 8:00AM. Easy run, but it took too long.
