Little to no warm up...(keeping the knee happy) but did do some cool down. Lungs were struggling a little bit, knee was bothering me.... legs were anemic, and I forgot to eat even a snack much less breakfast. What can I say? Not a terribly good run, but not terribly bad.. It was two minutes faster than last year so I can't complain. If I had kept up my previous fitness level I feel like a 28 was possible. Seems like I need to get back into a schedule again. Ran into Sasha and Jeff and had a fun conversation. I need to hook up with some other people for some training runs. |
